Diagnose first · Gahanna · New Albany · East Columbus

Off track, crooked, noisy or stuck. We find the cause, not just the symptom.

Most garage door problems have a root cause somewhere else in the system. A door that jumped its track usually has a frayed cable or a worn roller behind it. We inspect the entire door, document what we find and fix the actual problem so it does not come back next month.

Spring replacement
He showed me the snapped spring on his phone before he said a word about price. Three options, all written down. I picked the middle one and the door was running in under an hour.

Garage door repair
Two other companies told me I needed a new door. Garage Door Corps found a frayed cable and a bent track bracket. Fixed both. The photos made it obvious they were right.

Maintenance & tune-up
I got a written report with pictures of every part they checked, including the ones that were fine. Nobody has ever done that for me on any home repair.

Garage Door Repair questions

Asked often.

  • Usually, yes, but only after we find out why it happened. Putting a door back on a bent track or with a frayed cable means it will come off again.

  • Often. It depends on whether the manufacturer still produces that panel style and color. We will tell you honestly if a panel is available or if replacement is the better value.

Door won’t open?
Don’t force it.

A door with a broken spring weighs a few hundred pounds with nothing holding it. Leave it, pull the emergency release only if you know how, and call. We will tell you honestly when we can be there and what the visit will cost before we roll.
