What we collect
When you submit the contact form or book online we receive the information you type: your name, phone number, email address, city and a description of the issue. When you call us, we see your phone number like any business would.
How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule and perform the service, send appointment confirmations and reminders, and keep a record of the work we did at your home. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
Online booking
Online scheduling is provided by Housecall Pro. Information you enter on the booking page is handled under Housecall Pro's privacy policy in addition to ours.
Analytics
We use standard website analytics to understand which pages people visit and how they found us. This is aggregated and used to make the site more useful. No personal information is entered into analytics tools.

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by calling 614-219-9191.
